By accessing and using Pranl Marketplace, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Vendor-Buyer Relationship

Pranl is a marketplace platform. Transactions are directly between the buyer and the vendor. While we verify vendors, we are not directly responsible for the quality of individual items sold by independent sellers.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Posting fraudulent or misleading product information
• Attempting to bypass the platform's payment system
• Harassing other users or vendors
• Violating local laws or regulations

5. Limitation of Liability

Pranl Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
